Satisfying Smoothie

I’m an early riser and often wake up and want breakfast. I love having a smoothie as soon as I get up. This healthy smoothie is packed with nutrient- rich ingredients to start your day strong. So many shop-bought smoothies are loaded with excess sugar so if you’re a healthy conscious eater opt for this easy to make smoothie.

What you’ll need

The method

1. Combine 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of blueberries, a large tbsp of Greek natural yoghurt

2. Add 2 x tbsp unflavoured protein powder. I like ‘Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Raw Hemp Protein Powder’, 1 tbsp of collagen powder, ‘Vital Proteins Collagen Peptide’s is a favourite of mine.

3. Add 1 tsp- tbsp honey or agave syrup

4. 200ml almond milk

5. Blitz
